Febreze

I am not particularly creative. I am not really a talker. I am more of an observer and a listener. Why am I telling you this? Some things I observe and listen to make me laugh, others make me groan. The latest thing that makes me groan is the Febreze commercials. There are three of them that come to mind. One where the guy is helping his kid with homework and throws things on the floor just so he can get down and smell it. Or the one with the therapist whose client is sitting in a chair and she is laying on the couch and won’t get up because she is smelling it. Or the one where the guy comes into his house and sees and hears what he thinks may be unsavory behavior occurring on the couch. When he goes to investigate, it is two kids who are laying on the couch smelling it. Viewing those commercials does not make me want to get up and run to the store to buy Febreze. I personally like Febreze and have some in my laundry room right now. I even have Febreze air freshener. You can come to my house anytime and you will never see me or any of my family and friends doing things that will cause us to get on the floor just to smell the Febreze scented carpet. Most of my friends may be able to get on the floor, but they sure wouldn’t be able to get up! I think the Febreze people need to find someone a tad more creative to write their commercials.
