1. While hanging rope lights for "Forever Plaid" Bob impaled his head on some bailing wire. This mind you when he was on a ladder at least 12 feet in the air! Funny thing is, Bob didn't even know it until I saw the blood running down his face after he descended the ladder.
2. Bob inadvertently stabbed his left hand with a pair of scissors whilst trying to open a package.
3. One afternoon, Bob and I were taking some clothes racks from the costume shop to the place where we were having the masquerade ball. After we got them out of the bed of my truck, the one Bob was handling suddenly began collapsing (it's a long story). Anyway, one side of the rack fell and smacked him right in the middle of the chest. Later his chest began to hurt, and he ran to the bathroom to examine the wound.
4. During the process of cleaning the scene shop, Bob and I were removing 4 by 4 pieces of lumber that were stacked, oh I'd say about an arm's length above our heads. Unfortunately for Bob, we were unaware there were pieces of 3/4 inch plywood setting atop the 4 by 4's. In the sudden avalanche of plywood, one piece struck Bob on the head.
5. This one also involves cleaning the scene shop. Bob was only walking. He suddenly says to me, "Is there a pair of pliers around here?" While searching for pliers Bob told me he had stepped on a screw. After I found the pliers, I pulled a 1 inch screw from the bottom of his shoe. You gotta figure the screw was standing on end, and how often does that actually happen?
I know there have been more incidents but these are all I can remember right now. So please keep Bob in your thoughts. Strauss Theater would hate to lose such a fine General Manager to a loose bolt, a piece of MDF, or heaven forbid, twinkle lights!
Here's a better picture of Bob, he's on the right, that's me in the middle, and Dennis Gleason on the left.

Bob the Builder???? oh wait, never mind! teehee Caren
Thanks for the insight. I'm going to keep my distance from Bob...not because he's an unlikeable person. To the contrary, he's truly an affable fellow. But, I value my safety and he apparently has some issues in this department. LOL
