Avatars

Hello Friends,
Just a quick comment about avatars. I don't really want to upload a photo of myself, I would rather use an avatar. My problem is they don't have any gray hair, or wrinkled faces from which to choose. How can I represent myself correctly if the choices are not there?
I ask myself: "Do I really want to present myself as old?" Why not? I am. I mean I'm not ancient, but I'm not 20 either. While I believe most users are substantially younger than me, I also believe there are a few of us "old timers" out here in cyberspace.
Maybe one day I'll get someone to take a picture of me and upload the thing. Until then, be advised that my avatar is not a true likeness.
