Addendum

I do need to say that the chances of me retaining my job are pretty good. Mostly because of what I do. I don't believe that Novice house has to be accredited since they are an ememrgency shelter. So, I think that the new folks won't have anybody that knows about accreditation. That being said, I will just have to wait and see. I need to decide if I want to go ahead and look for another job. I kind of want to, but it is not that easy to find work around here. I have already put in 5 applications at different places and haven't heard a thing from any of them. Keep praying that I will make the best decision. Thanks
